A wealth of knowledge means every session is varied and dare I say ‘fun’ but there is no slacking off. Always going the extra mile, outside of your PT sessions he monitors your weekly training. After 18 months training together I am so sorry he has left London. Can’t recommend him highly enough."
“The devil personal trainer” was what I used to call him. Eirin was my personal trainer for three years from Aug 2016 to Aug 2019 when he left. He definitely made me suffer during the time i was with him as he loved torturing me in those training sessions. He even trained me all the way through pregnancy up to 8 months and back again after having a baby (with absolutely no sympathy!!) If you’re looking for someone to really hurt you bad in training sessions, he’s the guy!”
“I will recommend Erin to anyone who is serious about their running performance. He has shown an in-depth knowledge of muscle groups training regimes for all levels. In my case 59 year old, 6' ft and an 18+ stone lump on 40 cigarettes a day, who could hardly maintain 8 kph to 8 months later the 2019 Stockholm marathon in 4.5 hrs. Losing 4 stone along the way. Introduced me to park run my PB "sub 24 mins 5k" from barely 8 kph to 14 kph at best 16 kph sprint. His encouragement and his belief in me were motivating.
