BOOTCAMPS (1 hour) 
Outdoor group training (small and large groups) working on cardio, strength, agility, speed and resistance with all different types of equipment and body weight exercises, including team exercises and games.

5 x sessions  £20 or £5 each session

RUNNING GROUP TRAINING
For people of all standards and abilities to come along and run with a group (unlimited), working on different aspects of running fitness from speed work, threshold training and long runs, while basing plans around individual needs for programming.

8 week plan - £75

4 week plan - £40

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS (45 mins)

Personal training sessions 1-1 (45mins)

For individual or small groups, based on your specific needs, working on all body / upper and lower with a variation of weights, bands and body weight exercises.

 

10 x sessions - £350 (+ 1 free session)

2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS (1 hour)

10 x sessions - £500 (+ 1 free session)

CIRCUITS GROUP TRAINING (45 mins)
Indoor group training (small and large groups) working on the whole body with a variety of body weight exercises and exercise equipment, such as kettle bells, resistance bands and battle ropes.

5 x sessions  £20 or £5 each session
